Terms of Service

HypoOS LLC ("HypoOS," "we," "us," "our"). By using HypoOS, you agree to these Terms.

1. What HypoOS is

A conversational personal-assistant app for tasks, reminders, notes, expenses, a personal profile, and — if connected — Google Calendar.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, be at least 13 years old, and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Connecting Google Calendar

Optional, and requires your explicit consent via Google's own permission screen. When connected, you authorize HypoOS to view/create/update/delete events on your primary calendar, strictly to carry out your requests. You can disconnect anytime. See the Privacy Policy above for detail.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate the law;
• access another user's account or data without authorization;
• disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
• store or transmit unlawful or abusive content.

5. AI-generated responses

HypoOS may use AI to interpret your requests and, when instructed or authorized by you, create, update, or delete supported items on your behalf. Responses can occasionally be mistaken — review anything time-sensitive rather than relying on the assistant's summary alone.

6. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service, per the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may change or suspend features at our discretion.

8. Termination

You may stop using HypoOS and request deletion anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & liability

HypoOS is provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypoOS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service, including reliance on an AI-generated action.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Virginia (US).
